Mob/Entity Limits

The FarmLimiter plugin is used to manage and limit the number of mobs within specified distances to balance server performance and gameplay.

Rules

Friendly Mob Farms

  • Entities: Pig, Cow, Sheep, Chicken

  • Limits:

    • 20 in a 5-block radius

    • 50 in a 160-block radius

Iron Golems

  • Entities: Iron Golem

  • Limits:

    • 12 in a 16-block radius

    • 80 in a 60-block radius

Wolves

  • Entities: Wolf

  • Limits: 25 in a 50-block radius

Hostile Mobs

  • Entities: Zombie, Skeleton, Spider, Cave Spider, Creeper, Witch, Endermite, Slime, Blaze, Ghast, Wither Skeleton, Magma Cube, Drowned, Phantom, Vex, Pillager, Vindicator, Evoker, Ravager, Hoglin, Piglin, Zoglin, Piglin Brute, Shulker, Guardian, Elder Guardian, Stray, Husk, Silverfish, Vex, Zoglin, Wither, Warden, Zombified Piglin

  • Limits: 15 in a 16-block radius

Endermen

  • Entities: Enderman

  • Limits: 10 in a 16-block radius

Wardens

  • Entities: Warden

  • Limits: 5 in a 50-block radius

Explanation

  • These rules help maintain a balanced number of mobs within specified distances, preventing mob overcrowding and ensuring smoother server performance.

Minecarts

  • Types:

    • Minecart

    • Hopper Minecart

    • Furnace Minecart

    • TNT Minecart

    • Chest Minecart

  • Limits:

    • Maximum count: 5 minecarts

    • Proximity distance: 5 blocks

Actions

  • Remove: Excess minecarts will be removed when the limit is exceeded.

Explanation

  • Group Settings: Specifies the types of minecarts included in the group and sets the limit for the number of minecarts within a 5-block radius. Ensures the rule applies strictly to the specified types.

  • Actions: When more than 5 minecarts are detected within the specified distance, the excess minecarts are automatically removed.
